Needham New Construction

Petrini recently completed this new 6,300 square foot home right in the center of Needham.  Five bedrooms across four finished floors of living area, all centered around a kitchen and family room in this open first level floor plan.  Petrini worked carefully with local architect, Scott Melching, to make sure that the modern family’s needs are all met.
