Rosemary Lake Apartments

Petrini Corporation developed Rosemary Lake Apartments over the course of eight years on the site of a former manufacturing facility. The company purchased the land in 1966 and constructed a garden-style rental complex with 183 standard apartment units and 22 three-bedroom duplexes. Conveniently located near the commuter rail and overlooking Rosemary Lake, the complex has consistently maintained full occupancy.
Rosemary Lake Apartments is handsomely landscaped and carefully maintained by Petrini Corporation management. Ongoing renovations and refurbishments have sustained the complex's quality and appearance over decades of use.
