Custom Needham Home

On this Needham based project for a custom client, Petrini Corporation has been involved in every step of the process.  Working directly with the architect and the homeowner, Petrini was able to design the home to the exact desires of the homeowner.  The project is currently in the demolition phase and will soon be entering construction phase.  Petrini has helped the client navigate the demolition/construction process as the town is adopting changes in the energy code to make the town more efficient.
