Historic Colonial Home Renovation

When Petrini Corporation took on this historic whole home renovation, they knew they were going to face the challenge of preserving as much historical detail as possible while creating a charming, updated, and livable space for the owners. They repurposed a former barn, stable, and chicken coop to serve as the interior of the property. In addition, they relocated a portion of the existing barn and attached a custom addition, sourcing all barn board from Vermont. Petrini Corporation even worked around an existing 120-year-old maple tree that was important to the owners. The end result is a charming historic home full of character, and yet fully updated to suit a modern families needs.
