Petrini Corporation completed a full renovation on this expanded cape, originally built in the 1970’s. Included in this project was a new kitchen, windows and roof. A major upgrade included significant structural work to allow for an entirely new bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom. The home received all new HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems to provide modern amenities for the homeowner.
